Warranty Request for HSM Environmental Technology Product Repair

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your HSM Environmental Technology Product. Your machine does have a factory warranty covering parts and labor for any manufacturing defect. See below for the warranty coverage per machine. 

Service process (On‐Site Repair):

 A technician will be dispatched and if a factory defect is found, the machine will be repaired at no cost. However, if the machine is in need of any repairs for a customer induced issue. The end user will be responsible for the initial visit and will be quoted for the repair costs.

Labor $180/hour
